I got a yeti a while back for the hell of it and I've been pretty happy with it so far. I waffle around a bit with it and lisp a whole bunch here. kind of rough and I take basically none of the advice I gave in this thread into account, but I was just messing with the gain and shit at the time. I still don't have it quite figured out the way I like it -- before my old snowball stopped working, the clarity and acoustics were a bit better than that, but that might have just been the place I was recording slash maybe I've just gotten worse?
I don't do anything professionally, though, so it's probably just for the sake of my vanity or some shit like that.

the reveal everyone lost their shit about was aimed specifically at non-gamers -- they were playing the console up as more of a home theater system for exactly that reason. when e3 rolls around I guarantee they'll have more to say about the gaming side of things.

Ace's eventing seems to be the most versatile it's been in a long time, or so I hear. it certainly gives you a lot of options that I hadn't seen in the past, and I think it reproduces everything that 2k was capable of.
honestly, I like later versions much better than XP anyway. they run smoother, they have a better native framerate, the RTP isn't so doughy-looking, they use .ogg files, which are fantastic...
