like, the gba/psp/wonderswan remake is really cute and pretty and even kind of stylish for what it is but like
I just melt into coal tar around the time I get to Mt. Gulg no matter what
on the other hand I'm playing ff6 and enjoying it! what a nice lil game. kind of obscure but some of you should check it out :-)
e: I didn't have much fun with ff2 but I do kind of like that the series' first real attempt to do a big involved story was so bleak

Looking for advice on how draw things that are worth a damn.
I'm still an amateur so there's very little useful I can say, but a big thing that artists deal with at every level is feeling shy about drawing from references. if you can find good references for poses, architecture, or anatomy, please allow yourself to use them! your work will benefit hugely, and it doesn't make your work inauthentic -- it isn't remotely close to tracing, no matter what your gut might try to tell you.
What are you thinking about right now?
final fantasy 1 is a tedious game at the best of times and I have no idea why people would make that worse for themselves
