WALLDEAF'S PROFILE

Hi,

I am Marc, 47, a father of a beautiful daughter of 10, that loves playing RPG's.
My inspiration comes from the final fantasy series, but also legend of legaia, legend of dragoon, and many many more.
In my free time I make games, like RPG's. It's what I love the most.
Might not be the best creator, but I do put a lot of effort in it.

You're welcome! Also, when I went to talk to Bernard after beating the first boss, he got stuck in a loop telling me where the guy with the boat is.

Yea, It seems I had the conditional branch set to paralel proces, small mistake.
I have fixed it in the new uploaded version.

Hi,

Yup, I use Shift because the cliffs run deeper that the grass, it's more clearer
once you go down more.
About the water, i'm thinking of adding a waterfall there.

This is not a prison, I'm just using the prisondoors as a wallfiller.
I will take them out, due to the confusement.
It is an underground passage (I thought you could see that in the title of the picture).
So the stalagmites aren't the right ones for this then.
Also doing the straight to the bigger rooms now, not curved or in a bendy way, giving
the player the option to explore a little.
Maybe a dirt floor would suit better here, what do you think?

Mmh. As much as I hate maps designed like mazes, I also hate those that are too simplistic. In this one, all treasure chest are laid out in plain sight. ...What you need to do is give the players some room so they can explore at their own leisure. And also make the treasures more interesting to grab. For example, that one in that little passage on the wall. Maybe you can put it behind a cracked wall and you can't get to it until you take the wall down with a bomb or something.

That's a good suggestion, currently with the overlay mapping i'm hiding away the passages, like in FF IV, but a bomb, that's not a bad idea.
