first yes i mean put a comment in saying i want to see some of this i can tailor a game pretty easily to include some sort of system if it is really wanted.

You are a soldier named Gerald Hill (the full name's aren't used much but i'm putting them here anyway.) that has just graduated, and have just been given your first ever mission orders straight from the king, this is important as it's your first mission as a soldier. You are told to expect an attack from the resistance, and what do you know they come around and knock kindly and tell you that your family has been kidnapped by them, you give in and let them have what's in this important weapon cache and you manage to get away.

Just so everyone knows there is a short Download beta available on site though only about 30 mins game play at this point and about a third of this is story but it's still a work in progress.

yay it was finally accepted OK updates about the game will be posted here constantly and any criticisms are greatly appreciated, DO NOT HOLD BACK.

You could always go to school to study game design! Just, uh, study something else too. Because, at least in the US, there are about 500000x as many people interested in getting into game design as there are job openings in the game design industry.
In the meantime, there are infinite openings for unpaid amateur game designers, and we are always happy to have more at RMN! Contribute lots!
Looking at the images in your game, the rooms are super duper huge and empty. Try making buildings closer to this size:
If you look at existing games or at professional games or just at rooms in real buildings, you will find that this size room is far more common. It looks vastly nicer, and also keeps the player from just walking and walking and walking through pointless empty space.
I don't mean to just suddenly be like "NOOOOOB. YOUR GAME SUCKS, GO HOME." As I see it, one of the best things about sites like this is that you can get help and advice from people who have been using RPG Maker for years. If you are having problems, we are typically glad to help, even if you didn't realize they were problems!

My one problem is how do i get the room smaller then 15*20 in rm2k3 because that is the smallest room and i haven't been working on it for long. but I'll be happy when i start working everything out :)

Well I'm 18 currently and I'm currently going through High school (how fun.) and am working on a game of my own which i submitted though it is still pending :( (on another note how long does it usually take to get through this pending process.)
If it weren't for work and school i would devote my life to making games because of the enjoyment i get out (even through the tedious programing.) of it.
Current game that i am making is called imminent frontiers which will be my first decent game made (i don't count the crappy PAC-man style game that we made at school).
