No, not technically. You've reached age 18, the age of majority. Better start reading them terms of service, now that you're no longer 17 you can't go "But I was a kid when I signed that! Get me out of it!" and have the other party be legally obligated to let you out of the contract.

I wonder why noone does the terms of license in a readable language instead of advocacy Latin. :\
