I've been paying almost zero attention to RMNlympics, but, I'm noticing a distinct lack of achievements on that event page. The "Judging" section (which I think is the stage where that event is at?) seems to suggest that there should be badges, but, you know, I seem to recall from Gaymak this little ditty...

There will be three prizes - demo, full game and Rainbow. Demo will be worth 20MS, Full Game will be worth 60MS and Rainbow will be worth an extra 40MS.

...that never happened. I'm just getting this potential feel-bad situation that participants will get duped (or allowed themselves to be duped?) again for... reasons?

I dunno. Maybe I'm worrying too much.

After last year being an utter bust, this year has been rather nice to me.

Firstly, I'm divorced. After things not improving over a 9 year total, 2 year married streak, I just decided that it wasn't worth it...still friends with my ex-wife, and she and I parted on good terms.

Secondly, gotta new love interest after all that was said and done, and they came from here of all places. lol

And lastly - I have not one but two jobs, and am planning on relocating sometime in the future once I save up enough (likely to where the woman I met lives, over in Germany)

Too, I'm looking forward to using my supplementary income from one job to help out some people I follow :P

This is my dream, honestly. Having enough income to support internet people who are important to me and also live comfortably sounds LOVELY~

Yush! Honestly, though the strain will be a bit hard at first, there's a number of artists and indie devs that I've followed from here and other sites that I'd love to help. I'm a dude of ideas and of writing, but as far as creating visual and interactive art? I'm a klutz with no patience. lmfao

If I could help others make their dreams of art/game make a reality, then that's my goal ^_^

I don't know how I completed a game while working. Game development seems to get even harder these days.

Through stubborn determination! :P Either that or long nights fueled by either coffee, copious amounts of tea or energy drinks. lol

I'm thinking that I'd like to have a better computer because my video editor keeps crashing. Actually scratch that, I was thinking I'd like to have a magical Luigi style Death stare that bends technology to my will.
