Skype video might be a bit difficult because I think the plan is to roam around London quite a bit...if we get a couple of hours of rest in the day we might be able to do something tho

Okay, I'm pretty certain I'm not going to attend.
Not only do I have to be back home for that introduction week quite soon after the meetup, I also sort of have a girlfriend as of two weeks ago, and that weekend may very well be the first time we can see each other since we decided to make it official. I would have liked to attend, but my priorities lie elsewhere.
I kind of feel like an ass, ditching you all for a girl, but I won't have seen her for 4-5 weeks, and now, after 2 weeks that's already proving difficult. ^^"

I always have the idea that if I go to another country, I'm gonna post here first to see if anyone wants to have lunch. Maybe snap a few photos and put 'em on this site, if the other person allows it. It'd be one of the closest things I have to an item on my bucket list.

By the way we should clearly make a game during the meet.
That would probably turn out interesting, to say the least. I was also really tempted to suggest we should play some kind of tabletop RPG together, but I'm not sure how feasible that would even be with the limited amount of time and people we have.

And sorry... I'm weak. I'm on holiday in Tuscany, and while I've always wanted to visit the great towns of the Renaissance, all I can think of is how much I'd rather be back home in the Netherlands. T.T

We should maybe set up a little chat or meet in IRC or something similar soon, so that we can at least put together a very basic overview of what we want to do together. It doesn't seem necessary or useful to me to make an actual rigid plan. But having some idea of what kinds of activities and places to visit all three of us are interested in would probably be helpful.
