WHAT VIDEOGAMES ARE YOU PLAYING RIGHT NOW?

Might and Magic VI. I think this game really nailed the difficulty curve - it's a challenging game, but it never gets too frustratingly hard. There's a real sense of accomplishment you get when you finish clearing out an absolutely massive dungeon.
Resonance of Fate
It's a pretty interesting game. The battle system is pretty neat from a visual and technical aspect, and it requires you to know everything about it to not get destroyed. The plot hasn't really materialized yet, but I'm really liking the dynamic between the main characters, the writing in how they interact is pretty enjoyable.
Black Ops II
What more needs to be said? Shoot people until they die without dying yourself. Attain baller status. Rinse and repeat.

Trine 2: Directors Cut is was I am playing right now. It has online capabilities, so it is pretty fun to play online with other random people. I tried to play with friends, but Nintendo still doesn't know how to get the whole messaging thing right.
Final Fantasy XIII, just got back on cocoon, I think I'm almost at the end, the whole thing is exciting at the current moment!
After enjoying Christine Love's, Digital: A Love Story, I was lucky enough to find Analogue: A Hate Story for £1.76 during the Steam Sale. I love the creator's user interface ideas, and the writing's superb.
I just ordered Persona 3: FES and am looking forward to playing that...and then there's 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors which is..interesting, but I've kind of lost interest after my first playthrough, mainly because I realise I'd have to go through the same puzzles again...and again...and again...

Morrowind.. never finished this one. I torn, whether I should mod the game or not. I'm thinking about MGE distant lands and oblivion-style combat.. but then again it wouldn't be morrowind with these additions.
Also KoFXIII. Last kof I played was 2003, so I'm a bit rusty to say the least.

I'm still on Pulse. Just beat that annoying-ass dungeon with all the tiers.
Um, I'm just here to say... what the hell man! I just beat the game (FFXIII)... This thing died so fast I was like...really? Anyway the long dungeons are annoying yeah.

Last night, wildwes beat the Skyloft Silent Realm. He then wondered 'how am I
gonna get through Sky Keep?' Will he get through Sky Keep and save the world from
the evil Demise? Stay tuned to find out!

Wow, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite has completely taken over my gaming life, I am hooked. Can't remember when was the last time I was able to play a game for this long and not play anything else. I even stopped playing Persona 3 and just focus on MH.
I am so getting a 3DS XL in march, when MH3G (Ultimate) hits Europe. Will also come in handy for MH4, but god knows when that is going to come out outside of Japan (for Japan, summer 2013). Also, Etrian Odyssey 4 and SMT 4 (looks like the 3DS loves the number "4"), and Soul Hackers. I don't give a **** about the 3D effect, but damn the rpg/game lineup looks so cool.

Just beat Super Mario 64 for the first time in so many years... All 120 stars.
How in the hell could a game I played so much during my childhood become so difficult with time? The controls have just been outdated to hell since then, and the camera movement is beyond ridiculous.
Never - fucking - again.
EDIT: Until I feel up to returning to Donkey Kong Country, I'm going to try and finally beat Jet Force Gemini. Due to never having collected all of the tribals, neither I nor my brother have actually earned the true ending.
Secondary EDIT: Wow... I hate to say it, but Jet Force Gemini is just boring. There's no sense of accomplishment or progression because all levels are just blasting your way through enemies until you hit the end of the level and start a new one. Not to mention, seeing as how I've seen all these places before (and I can just youtube the music), there's no sense of curiosity or necessity, and the boredom is amplified by the fact that I just cannot save all of the tribals on my way through, as some require other party members that can only go to those levels after having beaten Mizar the first time.
I'll most likely quit before even starting Lupus' path.

The maps can be really difficult to read at times, though! Anyway, I should re-play that, at some point. Or figure out why M&M7 and M&M8 keep crashing whenever I press a switch (One can't go far in those games that way, I hear!) on my current laptop. Though, my older XP laptop runs them pretty well. It's been ages since I even tried booting that sucker up. Might be time.
Anyway, I'm currently on a run of Imfamous 2. I could not possibly be the only person who's facepalming at how the three allies have powers based on fire, ice, and

Welp, just did this. I actually died once on
both of Orphan's forms,
but that may be just because I was under-leveled(under-crystalled?) I pretty much went straight back to Cocoon after Pulse and didn't bother to go back when I got the chance. Dammit, I just wanted to finish!
I hate long dungeons unless they're done right. Now I just need to know the definition of 'done right'. I hated the Pharos. I mean honestly, who thought of that dungeon!? There's some mark there that was petitioned by Montblanc that is in the Pharos that I want to go kill because it will get me closer to finding out the annoying secret that the clan keeps hinting about but I don't want to go to the Pharos and kill it! Darn it! Oh well... I'll just go hunt the Ancient Man of Mystery...
Edit: I'm talking about FFXII in case anyone didn't know...

Has anyone made a WRPG vs JRPG thread here? Thought about making one.
It's been a while since the last one. But I'm sure it happened a couple of years ago.
And since I just posted that I should probably share what I've been playing. I don't have a lot of screenshots but I just finished Resident Evil 5, which was occasionally fun and occasionally frustrating. I'm probably the only person in the world who enjoys and plays Resident Evil for the storyline. (It's a tough world to live in since the storyline is so stupid. But it's also so fun!)
And then I just started Assassin's Creed (the first one) which is also... well... It is fun. But it also seems like a game with an incredible amount of potential. Potential that, if I understand reviews correctly, it doesn't live up to. But I can live with games with huge potential.
However there's one thing I encountered which is really frustrating and that's the severe case of consolitis the game has. Apart from no manual saves (I'm apparently supposed to play for like two hours at a time minimum before it saves properly) there's also this:
Three hours into Persona 3 FES and I can't help but feel it's a jRPG version of The Sims. So far I've made a best friend who's hot for teacher, become member of the Student Council and had countless people asking me to join the Athetlics Club.
I mean, I knew about ~Social Links~ or whatever beforehand but this is just ridiculous.
Meanwhile, the dungeon design (well, I say that...there is just the one dungeon, atm anyway) is just as tedious as previous Persona games (although at least the 1st had the trippy first-person view going for it) but the battles themselves are balanced enough not to drive me up the wall or anything. Plus, there's probably something wrong with me for admitting this but characters shooting themselves in the head to use Persona skills is crazy-cool.
Overall a mixed bag so far, but the overall atmosphere makes the game pretty enjoyable (especially the music - Gosh, music is a really important part of video games and the Persona series seems to always get it just right, thus helping to carry on through dungeons despite the tediousness).
Also, one can't help but revel in the silliness of it all. Escapism? You know it.
