Fair enough, I definitely learnt a lot from that game but I'm going my own route as I already wanted to / was working on a breakout clone before I even heard of wizorb. So it won't be the same thing. Levelo is a start-up and I realize people won't always support a start-up as I have a lot to prove but hopefully I get the chance to so thanks to those that are willing to give me and Levelo a chance.
Lotus, the screenshot thread is not for advertising - it's for feedback. You want to link to your kickstarter? Start a game thread and blog like everyone else.
It's a WIP so it is open to critiques but alright I'll do that if this goes against the forum rules.
@Mawk: Hey thanks so much =]

Map number 3, Hill of Destiny!
Also did the collapse effect to see if it could be done with just a call script, it's not perfect, but close enough.

Man, TDS, you keep bringing back memories. Now if only I could find my cartridge I'd break it out and reclock the damn thing. ;.;
@Lotus - it's more-so the link than the video.

TDS, I am quite sure I played this game a long time ago, but i don't remember its name. What are you making?
@Liberty:
I'm doing all of this to get you to play the game again Liberty. Do it, you're the knight of legend! Fulfill the prophecy and defeat the 4 fiends!
I also finished the intro to see if it could be done in VX Ace.

That's awesome TDS!
Considering the style you're going for, I'd say it's pretty damn perfect.

@Alichans: The layout is fine, but it's quite bland. You should probably spice it up a bit more. Dirt piles, wall holes and cracks, picks, shovels, mine carts, boxes... there's a lot you could add. Also, the middle right track that has an open passage and turns up there, but no track is added to it so it looks quite odd.

I had to delete and redo much of the mine, hopefully this looks better than what I had originally.
Screenshot Kupo says;

"Kupopo! You should add more depth and false roads in the maze, and instead of brown top, use the black top. The black signifies what you can't see from the player's vantage point. Whereas the brown makes it appear as a canyon where there is a top! If THAT's the case, you should add some vegetation, additional hills and such. Don't look at is as a map with stairs and exists. Look at it as a physical place. You'll find a big difference in your mapping when you change your perception, kupo!"
I am trying to create a cyber theme dungeon like Mega Man Battle Network. Any advices on how make it more colorful and exciting? :D
