:Story:

Aeons ago, before planets and worlds came to be in the fabric of time,
Goddess Gaea the creator of Life and Rebirth, created six mystical elements
which made the foundation of a world. Nature, Fire, Water, Earth, Light,
and Shadow, these elements coalesced to form planets full of life and energy.

The world you live in is known as Lakria, a planet blooming with lush life
and full of wonderful mysteries and legends. Many inhabitants of the world
often give praise and thanks to Gaea for bestowing them such a life to live.

Until one day, the energy of the Lakria appears to be waning and the planet slowly begins to start dying. Everyone is in shock and is wondering what might be causing the planet's pain, they began to look up at the sky to Gaea for a miracle, hoping
she will once again visit the planet and bless it with rebirth.

:Spiritual Energy:
In the game, energy and spiritualism are heavily referenced throughout.
Spiritual energy pertains to the very essence that makes living things..
well, living. It is also the makeup of thoughts, emotions, and one's being.

There is positive Spiritual Energy, which is basically positive emotions
like kindness, optimism, purity, etc, which can really make one's aura
visible and shine. Negative Energy on the other hand is the exact
opposite, evil, greed, lust, doubt, and envy.

Spiritual Energy is also a source of which Magic is drawn from,
this allows one to use Magic depending on how great/type their energy is.

It is noted that in the world of Lakria, there are extremely powerful entities of spiritual energy that are capable of manifesting into physical material depending on what they seem to represent.

Thanks for your input and time with this once again, it's much appreciated :) I'll go ahead and take in the tidbits and make some changes where it feels like it needs to be changed up! As for that MP halver item, it's not available in that location anymore until a bit further later on, I noticed how unfair that'd be so soon lol.

I do feel you about the quests though, the simple npc quests don't offer too much and they're not related in the most bit to the story, though when you get unique and special quests later on, this will seem to change, I should see about those rewards though.

Indeed, Leon's change at the end of the second dungeon does come a bit fast, but he acts that way because he has "reawakened memories" of who he is destined to be. Don't worry, he won't let that get in the way of his sniveling and crude remarks lol

Thank you once again for your time and input, I only hope you'll give the full game a go when it is completed and hopefully completely free of bugs! :)
I was talking about that hijiro-something mountain area. The game requires lots of backtracking, for sidequests, main quests, and even just plain mistakes (I ignored one of the feathers in the first run, which forced me to go look for it), and that means in the mountains area that you have to climb a lot.

Basically, my two main complaints about the game would be: too much backtracking (and barely any shortcuts) + you can never know which event is the one your supposed to touch (that supposedly harmless bush is a great example). Other nitpicks would be: minigames and some of the quests being really simplistic and rather boring and unrewarding (the fishing minigame for example), also most hidden treasures felt unrewarding (I mean, most decent weapons are sold in stores, and by far the best accesory- the mp halver- can be bought too-I don't think I'll ever choose a different accesory). I can't talk much about the enemies\bosses because My characters were overpowered.

Visuals were awesome (as I said, I really liked Ara Fell's style), music was great (I mean, I like Chrono trigger\tales\FF, so yea, it was great). Story and dialogue had me blush more than once (but don't be too hard on yourself, I read stories by professional writers and watched movies that gave me the same feeling), but I kinda liked the characters (Leon's change was way too sudden, If you haven't already done so, you should have him keep some of his former traits).

Generally, the game was fun, but it didn't have anything unique to make me say: "This is one of those rpg maker games I will remember". Despite that, I enjoyed the game, so I'll subscribe :)
Yeah most enemies and bosses in the demo version are topped up now in the current version, I made them a bit more challenging. As for the wall problem, this has been fixed already, it's just not updated in the demo ;/ which I should consider doing.

I feel you on that climbing speed, normally I didn't see a problem with it because whatever you'd be climbing wasn't that long until you reach the mountains area. Any mountain specifically you're talking about? I'd love to fix that up :)
Yea, all bosses up to the fire\greed boss were a bit too easy because of that. I hope the game catches up to me :)

Also the invisible wall problem seems to continue around musical notes (I just encountered one on the mountain, had to givr up on that one).

Edit: One more thing, the climbing speed on that mountain is super slow and annoying, taking into acount all the becktracking involved. I suggest to at least give the option to fall down from the mountain or something.

Edit 2: Finished! Fun, A bit too cliched, but I liked it, and you can see how much time and effort you put in this game.
You're welcome :) Oh damn, 20? Lol you're gonna wreck that boss for sure haha! Oh that is a bug I haven't heard yet but I just finished fixing that as well, thank you for that! I apologize for the bugs once again, I guess some are just prone to happen due to how much events and commands are going on left and right! >.<
Thank you!!!

You don't know how many times I have been in this room, I was sure the wall and that rock had some meaning but I couldn't find what it was. My characters are overleveled now (lvl 20) because of all the time I spent on this ^_^

All, if it's about bugs, there is a small game crashing one when you jump into the bell tower in the second town. It only happens occasionaly, and there's a savepoint nearby, so it didn't bother me too much personally.
Oh this is no problem at all, any mishaps or bugs with the game, in fact I'd love for you to report in! :) the invisible wall with the flute mark must have been bugged a while back but I did fix this already, I haven't updated the demo and I apologize for that.

In this room, there is that shrub of grass that can be cut down to reveal a switch that removes the rocks on the left side, then the boulder on top can be pushed ontop of that switch to keep it activated! :)
I'm sorry for being a bother again, but I'm totally stuck. I entered that cave\nature dungeon and it's like this:

##d#d##*#
##4#5##8#
s*23bbr67
##1*#####
##E######

d- stands for door
*- stands for switch puzzle room, I activated the 3 switches I marked.
s- stands for secret room.
bbr- stands for the big bridge room.

Room 6 has those stumps I killed and got a key (I think)? The only key I have is the forest key and I'm not sure what it's for or if I used it already. the big bridge room seems to have a way downwards, but I can't cross. I tried to backtrack to previous places and also tried going forward (I fot that magic shrinking guy and continued down that road until I hit the "You can't go any further" dead end).

Again, sorry to bother, but I'm stuck ^_^

Edit:

Also, this pic is taken from a bit after the second town and the magic shrinking guy. I can't seem to aproach the musical note sign:

I just checked, and the problem seems to be my own (tried another game I already played once and I seem to have the same problem). I'll check it more thoroughly and find the source of the problem.

Edit: Well, I rebooted my laptop and it seems it solved the problem (for now).

I'll continue playing and I'll tell you what I think later :)

Ahm, tried the first few minutes of the game, seems nice, kind of giving me a feeling similar to "Ara Fell" (without the vampires, hopefully).

Sadly, After entering the forest, the game bugs out. I can no longer enter the menu screen (in the start of the game getting out of the achievement screen would throw me to the main menu, this stopped working too). Also, I can't get out of the game using ssave points (but I can still save).
Yeah, most of my inspiration for mapping actually came from that game, man it was so fresh and innovative! Also about those bugs, I may have to look into that, especially since most people seemed to not have that same problem, hmm thank you for reporting that though, let me see what's up about that, and sorry!
It's fine, thanks for the concern.

I might restart it later (since I haven't gone too far) or play it when you release the full game.

I would really love to get done with the game and release it in it's entirety with very minimal bugs at the least lol just so people can have a perfect, clean experience, every developer's dream huh? lol I thought a demo wouldn't really suffice for this game, but I do know that people like to see some action more or less instead of just referring to this page. I'm working hard on it now as we speak actually! :)

I don't know how I missed this. It looks great. Don't like playing demos, so patiently waiting.
Oh thank you, I appreciate you taking the time to check this out :) I'm actually the same way when it comes to demos and full games lol but I hope that this will not disappoint, I'm really going all out on this! :)

Wouw! This looks really good. I'm gonna play this when the full game comes out.
Thank you for the comment, and for the boost of inspiration as well, I've been working hard on making sure everything is my 100%! You won't be disappointed with the full game at all, I can say that much! :D
