I can’t believe that the Canucks managed to pull it out of their ass and not only managed to save their entire season - and with Demko in net, mind you - but Kentona and Kory_Toombs’ as well. Unbelievable... Kentona is still mathematically alive!
Well…look at it this way as a positive: As a Montreal Canadiens fan, you should be absolutely ecstatic that Boston is now gone. Sure...that means that your road to winning this thing just got a hell of a lot harder and all that, but, hey, that's what makes life so interesting.

Good job, Dallas! Lol them into a false sense of optimism before ultimately crushing them in (hopefully) Game 7. You can do it boys!!!
And I would cry for Boston but…nah…
Also, apparently, if any one of the Islanders or Golden Knights happen to win their series tomorrow (or both) - Kentona will be mathematically eliminated, as he’s really just holding on by a prayer at this point. He can’t officially clinch last place and the Draft Lottery Winner Award just yet, but he’s got a good chance to do so as long as he doesn’t pull a miracle out of his ass at the end, lol. And Kory DEFINITELY needs the Golden Knights and Canucks series to go at least seven to still be in the running for first place. Should be fun tomorrow.

Playoff Update:
The Boston Bruins threw as many shots as they possibly could against Andre Vasilevskiy only to come up just short in double overtime as they are taken care of by the Tampa Bay Lightning in 5 Games. The Lightning will now await the winner of the Islanders / Flyers series in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Addit and Kory_Toombs were the only ones who picked the Lightning to make it through and both pick up 2 Points each.

UPRC’s overall lead has now shrunk to four, as Addit and Kory_Toombs happen to make up some ground going into tomorrow’s games. JDogg1717 is now mathematically eliminated.
- The Bracket, Leaderboard and Thread have now all been updated!
Final Fantasy IV Alter Destiny
Hey…what happened to the review that was posted up earlier? Did the reviewer happen to take it down or was it just denied for some reason? I know that I had a chance to glance at it briefly and it mentioned some of the story changes that the reviewer didn’t happen to like and all, but I was just surprised that it disappeared so quickly. *sigh* Oh well.

You know…there’s this one game called “Monopolo,” a Chinese knock off of the original made by this crazy guy using RPG Maker 2003. You know, the bad one??? It’s apparently SOOOOO bad that it not only hasn’t returned to the site in nearly a decade because the last time it was seen it nearly blinded some one, but it might be the sole reason why the original site owner, WIP, went insane that one day and almost took down the whole site in a blinding rage because he couldn't land on Park Place after playing the game for nearly thirty minutes it was that bad. True story.

Anyways - it’s pick day! I had an AMAAAZZZING first round (6-1-1) to put me back into this thing. Now, I’m going to have to hope for similar magic to happen once again in order to have a chance in the final two rounds (I hope). Here goes nothing!

Golden Knights Over Canucks In 6
The last time I voted against the Canucks, they managed to win. I’m hoping that if I do the same thing again, they’ll manage to win this one, too.
Same thing like before; my heart will be forever with the Canucks, but my brain says, “What are you, stupid or something!?” So I shall listen to my brain.
Stars Over Avalanche In 7
Even before the Grubauer injury (seriously, I hope he's okay), I was still intending on picking the Stars, anyway. One, because if I have any chance to catch up to UPRC in the standings, I have no choice BUT to pick them (consider that they’re my Stanley Cup Pick and all that); and, two, it’s because I think they actually might be able to pull this one off. Call it a hunch or whatever, but I think that the Stars will have enough to do it and shock the world.

Islanders Over Flyers In 6
I’ve been mulling this one over back and forth for a while, but, in the end, I think I’ll go with the Islanders; a solid defensive group with a defensively-minded coach and enough firepower that can match wits with the Flyers any day. Plus, I think Carter Hart might be a "little" over his head in this one compared to facing off against the Canadiens.
Lightning Over Bruins In 6
Without Tuukka Rask in net, I just don’t think that the Bruins have that much of a chance against a stacked Lightning team that's looked quite good thus far and is on a mission to finally win that championship that’s alluded them all of this time. I think Boston does all that it can to make this interesting and competitive, but it will be the Lightning in the end that will prevail and move on.
