Non-existant battle animation when I just made the battle animation, on RPG2k3 WTF?

Try increasing the number of battle animations to some very high number. Deleting the number of animations in the game might lead to this sort of problem. (I mostly work in RM2K; don't know the 2K3 error blurbs)
Ignoring the problem won't make it go away. Just "raise the max number" isn't solving anything :\ That's what I believe anyway.

Random fact, just learnt that "Rein" is the German word for "pure". Totally out of context with the actual ingame character though lol

It is? Cool. I just wanted to make it sound like "Rain" so I switched the "a" with "e" to keep the pronunciation.

You're seeing this error because you have DEBUG = True in your Django settings file. Change that to False, and Django will display a standard 404 page.
I don't think it's a bug, but, maybe you forgot to turn that DEBUG setting off? Or maybe you left it on on purpose idk.
BGM Malfunction
People are still struggling with this? It has been 10 years since rpgmaker was out... Anyway, I bet anything that you used windows media player to play some midi, paused if for some reason, then quit wmp later. Pausing midi in wm brings the synthesizer volume to 0 and that is where your problem is. Guaranteed.
