You know what as much as I hated Season One I'm still morbidly curious enough to see what the hell you come up with for Season Two.

This game is a lot more hilarious while drunk or stoned. I'm going to call this game a three beer minimum. Do not play while sober.
Final Fantasy: Awakening of the Warrior
Maybe split the poison status effect into two versions. Have the hornets and other early enemies use a weaker version that wears off after four or five rounds and does half the damage. Have a weak antidote item that cures the first and a strong antidote items that cures both.
And consider starting the player off with a handful of healing items. The Warrior of Light already has a full set of equipment he might well have a few goodies in his pockets.

So far the game almost literally unplayable. You have two monster parties in the world map. The slimes which are too easy (okay in a game as long as this one;) and then the hornets. Quite frankly the hornets are too fucking powerful and poison does far too much damage. To add insult to injury there is no way to actually heal poison. I made it to the temple only by running every time I encountered the hornets. This will have to be fixed.
Other Bugs: Staying at the inn does not take the player's money. Inn price should probably be lowered to 20 or 25 gil.

Now, to the fight with Alfred. You can battle him over and over and over and over etc. etc. ad nauseam.
Did you mean to do that or did you just forget a switch?
Huh Always worked for me I'll check it out probably missed a switch.
