I used to have a ROM translation of this too, back in the day. Could never get it to do anything worthwhile, unfortunately. As an RPG Maker and a historian I appreciate the little window into this piece of RPG Maker history.
RMN bugs (v4)
Just now, when I tried to search games with multiple tags selected, the search defaulted back to one tag when I switched pages of results. So page 1 had the results as I searched them, and on page 2 the results displayed as if I had only selected one tag. Here are my search options:

Sex in games
If you want to put love and sex in a game's narrative and have it be meaningful, you have to know how love and sex are inherently meaningful. You can't write about love if you don't know how it works. If you don't and you try, it will be trite and shallow. I'd venture a guess and say this is the main reason why it isn't handled or handled welll.
