That orb in the screenshot I posted can be accessed after completing the small puzzle in the other screenshot (the first one). You have to use the pickaxe obtained in the room north of the gargoyle statue on the wall directly east of the gargoyle (you'll see the purple "event" marker on it on the image up there).

If you need any more assistance I can always post their exact locations.

They also sparkle!

To avoid spoiling the entire dungeon, I'll explain how to obtain the first orb (incase you haven't already).

When you enter Venaitura's main castle area (where you can ascend a stairs to your left or right), head up the stairway on your right. At the top, the doorway immediately in front of you requires a key. I'm going to assume you've at least found that? Anyway, head through that door and you'll emerge in this area:



Once you solve the simple puzzle in this room, you'll emerge here:



That's one of the orbs! (Orb of Guidance: N). The orbs point you (subtly) in the direction you need to go in order to obtain the next one (so north!).

That is seriously awesome and amazing! I love how you can immediately tell when it's one of Ocean's works simply by the style.

Yeah, this is pretty fantastic. Along with... every other map in this game, apparently! Eye-candy like this never ceases to instill some sense of inspiration within me! *Goes back to jotting down ideas and plans in notebook*

This may have been brought up before, and it's only minor, but there's a chest in the western portion of Alexandria (mysidian/mage area) that gives you an "Energy Shard," but it's actually a Luck Shard that you receive.
