Set Discrepancy
author=ahillrebornauthor=Max McGeeMax I got that same problem when I started. I went into Gibmaker's font folder and installed it via right clicking and that made it work for me.
I was realllllly high when I made that last post. Lemme be a bit more specific:
Upon (successfully?) installing and then trying to start the game, I got the following error message, which I suspect has nothing to do with the font in question (I tried removing the font in question from my computer and then restoring it and the error message was fully unchanged which is odd):
Script 'Game_Temp' line 0: Errno::EACCES occured.
Permission denied - C:/Windows/Fonts/AdventureSubtitles.ttf
The first thing I'm going to try to check is...whether or not I even have RPG Maker XP installed. If it turns out I actually do, then maybe you know what's going wrong from the error message.

I muchly like the 4th one, but perhaps with the MaMaMa text a less invasive colour so it blends in better. I dunno, I think small houses are creepier than big imposing mansions

at one point the game gave me a prompt that said 'uh oh' and crashed. it was right after i destroyed a barricade in r&d. that was pretty weird
