Theis series would have been better without
I agree about X-2. The story was awful, the characterization was awful, so much awful. They are lucky the gameplay wasn't atrocious.
I also generally agree about VII derivatives. With the exception of Dirge of Cerberus. ; u ; I honestly really enjoyed that one... for the most part.
Speaking of video games, how about DMC 2? I haven't played many of the newer ones, so maybe it's possible they're worse, but compared to other the PS2 ones, the second was worst (in my opinion).
@TungerManU - If by Disney sequels you mean sequels of the animated classics, then I'm with ya. Majority of them were terrible.

Well, I started to teach myself bass guitar, because that is one sexy instrument.
But I fell out of practice so often because I'm always doing other things, so now it just gathers dust.
I also want to try making clothes. That'd be fun, I think. I like designing stuff. :B

Dreams as a plot device in horror games
Like all frequently used devices, my policy is--don't touch it unless you can do something unique with it.
Kind of like what one of my English teachers back in high school said about using cliches. It's only cliche if you can't provide a new twist or interpretation on it.
That said, dreamworlds are fun to play in.

Whatchu Workin' On? Tell us!
Working on eventing a chase scene through a short obstacle course. It's easy enough to maneuver the player through, but it turned out to be quite a chore in the case of the event doing the chasing. I had to cheat a little and prevent the player from backtracking in some areas. I hope it doesn't end up frustrating anyone.
