Best Fan Game/Use of rips
Personally I'd drop this misao, fan games have always been a grey area and good ones seem to be dmca'd.

I suggested this last year, but also drop or rename "Lawsuit Waiting To Happen" Award. Rips are probably not something we want to draw attention to on today's internet with brands scouring everywhere for infringement, and games that use rips seem to be much, much less common nowadays anyway.
