Original Block Land Review

I don't really want to cause any stupid drama, but generally in a caterpillar system, the people following you are walk-through. Look at any professional game and this is the case.
Fuck It
The number represents "maker points" or something. You receive these points when you submit games/articles/tutorials and blogs.
You get more for completed games, and not sure how it works with tuts and articles.
I'm also not sure why your number would drop, maybe they made a mistake when allocating points.
This number really doesn't stand for anything else besides "Hey, look at me, I've contributed."
And I'm glad to hear you're not quitting, and that I could help in some way. :]

Ways to improve the community/maintain its awesomeness.

Nothing pained me more regarding the RM community this month than reading what Dark Gaia experienced spreading the Misaos.
Well that's crappy.

Don't give up on it man, don't let the sourpusses get to you.
When I first started making games I wasn't even thinking of showing it on the internet. It was more about for me, and my friends and family.
Then I decided that was silly and more people needed to see it or my time would have felt somewhat wasted(if only a handful of people ever played my game)
People will shit on aspects of your games, then again there will be people who really like your game.
I mean I know a guy that doesn't like Fallout 3, and to me that's crazyiness.
Every game will always have a fanbase and every game will always have haters. Part of the "business" I suppose.
But if you're done making games, let it be on your own accord and not because what people have said.
I would hate to see someone quit so soon because of fuddy duddys on here.

Actually I'm done. It takes way too much time to make a game and have people tell you it sucks. Maybe in another life I'll have fun with it again.
That's sad. :<

Not sure what you mean by the oil drums, but you're way too obsessed with perspective.
perspective here and there that looks strange is SUCH a minor detail.
it's something I'm not going to change, the layout does what it is supposed to do.
and it looks good in game, so get over it.
this is a older screenshot anyways.

I've updated the download, with one less bug!
Thanks chana!
EDIT: Gah, it seems I keep hastily updating and then find a mapping error or something.
I found some things out of place in the Eastside rooftops, so they are gone.
And the download is once again updated.
Thanks chana!

author=undefinedThanks, I'm really glad you liked it so much.
really good game, tough just like it should in this survival trial, with the "realistic", mainly graphic, touches (the suicided coulpe in the hotel, the messages here and there on the walls) that makes a real story around it. Great, i really enjoyed it. waiting for the following.
Just one question: what is the meaning of the fact that you slow down do much when someone in the party dies even after having been revived ? Did'nt find any cure for it! ( or is it a bug ?? )
And yes, thank you again, for pointing out that little bug.
It was something I was messing with and forgot to remove completely.
I'll throw up a new download, I know how slow you go and that really sucks!
EDIT: Since you don't actually get "killed" unless your entire party is wiped, but your character gets "wounded" so I was going to reduce the main hero speed for reasons such as your comrades helping you walk, or you yourself stumbling as you go.
I'll try to implement it better when I get around to it. :]
