The only thing I can remember it was like a Megaman battle network like game, and there was a dragon character that would always say "cheers"

Worst game you personally do like.
Battle Hunter for the PS1, everyone seemed to hate the game, but I personally loved it. It had a certain charm to it, if only the improved the system like... a lot or made a sequel or something using that similar system.
