I think they're outdoors ceilings. Indoors ceilings are usually black (or at least they should be), something like this, or this, or this, or almost every other rm game.


Yeah, that dawned on me last night, I have now updated the ChipSet and screen... You were SO right mate..! haha

Thank you! I'm not sure how easy it is to see, but there is a panorama behind them of a street similar to the one that you would find in a Coven city! :)

It took me a while to notice those were ceiling tiles. Before that, this map looked pretty confusing.


Hmmm... that is interesting, no ones said that before...

They are edited versions of one of RPG Maker 2003's RTP ceiling tiles, and have been changed from the default grey to orange/brown to follow with the brick that I have used for the external walls of this Inn...

I will see if changing the intensity slightly helps...

WIP of the Establishment visited in a cutsence... :-D

I will later be adding Whores leaning over the banisters (which you can JUST see under the text box) and there will be patrons at the bar... :-D
