Battle was okay if you stuck to steel in Morrowind and magic in Oblivion.

Playing a pure mage in Oblivion is a very uneven experience. I find magic to be basically impotent until you max several schools and craft spells like weakness to magic/drain health, and then you are overpowered as hell. Still, nothing is as overpowered as 100% chameleon from items.

Skyrim Hype Thread: Undead Chicken Soup for the Dragon's Soul

Skyrim is a pretty big deal for me.

Map inspiration

I've been to Giant's Causeway.

What other genres/games do you like/play that AREN'T RPGs?

I don't play sports games... I think that is the only genre I don't play. I've been a very big fan of third-person shooters this generation.

Time to level up my health!

Last time I was sick was March 2009 and before that, 2004. I can't even pinpoint the last time I had a headache. I don't consider my lifestyle particularly healthy, but I do get a tremendous amount of sleep, so I hypothesize that's a probable cause.

What fascinates you the most in an RPG?

Party/character customization and growing in strength.

Guess that game!

Base Wars on NES was an amusing baseball game featuring robots. I don't remember if you could attach rockets to the balls, but you could definitely outfit your robots with weapons and battle a baseman for a steal. Other crazy sports games include Baseball 2020 and Mutant League Hockey... The latter of which I could never win legitimately and instead relied on chainsawing the opposing team's players until they forfeited.

I am pretty sure I know what game you are talking about because I cheated with Google. It's for SNES and features some of my favorite all-time favorite animated characters. I have never actually played it.

success! i have now spent valuable time populating this office which will possibly be in the possible intro for possibly no more than 10 seconds. hurray for me

that blue carpet is too much

it reminds me of my dog

I don't think it looks cramped, as opposed to what somebody else posted. You may want to consider adding a shadow below the horizontal beams. Also, some desk fixtures cast shadows below them but some do not (table in the top left). I would consider getting rid of the support pillars in the hallway too. Though, I am nitpicking since overall it is more than acceptable.

There is no such thing as perfectionist - there are only obsessives.

"The thing about perfection is that it's unknowable. It's impossible, but it's also right in front of us all the time."

Isn't that from the TRON sequel, or did they quote somebody else?
