The thing is though, I'm not a new player. I just never defend. Like, ever. The best defense is a good offense! =D
Seriously though. I'm also good with Tira; she tends to work better for me against Seong-Mina.
Well, maybe you should work on your defense then. Tira is interesting but I could never get into her because I hate the random stance changes.

It's Seong-Mina. I dunno what the problem is, but I always have a really hard time against her. =\ Is Amy just a bad character to use against her?
Similar to Kilik she is very strong against new players who are still learning defense. Pay attention to her combos and block/sidestep accordingly. Particularly when she goes for a vertical attack, Amy has some of the best sidestep counterattacks around. If you've found your opponent is a bit of a spammer, once you get close it should be easy mode since Amy can spam faster than anything Seung Mina can throw out.

I would post my desktop, but it's just some icons on a solid black background. I usually don't have an actual wallpaper. Also, that Japanese girl isn't pretty at all. She's probably called the eternal virgin because nobody would sleep with her.
