How long does a submission stays pending ?

What you have to remember is that the admins and mods in any community have their own lives and even their own duties around said community. I can guarantee that your submission isn't the only one in the queue, so as edchuy put it, be patient.
Even if it gets denied, just work towards improving it and resubmit it, instead of blaming those above you.

I want to make scenarios like they use on point and click puzzle games, where you have to search for key items and this key items i like to be pictures on a map. Is there a way to set them being below my character ?

Let me give it a try:
Plot:
Enter the lives of 6 people and their group. See how their lives intertwine during a hunt and serial killing by a modern day "Jack the Ripper".
Play as Vash and his group of stray dogs while they struggle to get their daily meal in a puzzle adventure.
Witness "The Red Tail" while she's doing her Great Heist a la stealth mode.
Fight in a group of hired guns working for scientists with the noble goal of making the ultimate cure (NOTE: perhaps you can specify cure for what?).
Become the bounty hunter "The Silver Bullet", hunting criminals, gearing up for the next Wanted on your list and finding love.
Last but not least, become the hunter, seeing the life of your victims vanish at your hands as "Jack the Ripper".
Genres: RPG, Mystery, Comedy, Drama, Action
Features:
- Dungeon crawler with a Bounty Hunter system
- Collect materials to create even stronger weapons
- Unlock more bounties with your other characters to get additional sidequests
- Chose one of many girls and make them fall in love (NOTE: This could be described as a Dating System)
- 100% custom sprites, tilesets, pictures (NOTE: could be images, depending on what you mean) and character facesets
- Cutscenes presented in custom-made comic strips
