The walking sprite shouldn't just flip, it's really unnatural looking. Make a copy of each piece(clothes, hair, accessories, etc), use a different layer to edit each piece to fit the frame.

I mean not to rain on anyone's parade, but VGPerson translates these games with the creator's permission and posts them on downloads to VGPeron's site with again the creator's permission. I was really surprised that such a popular RPG Maker game never made it to this site. I wonder if its because it was originally in Japanese... anyway, cool job uploading this game.
Not to mention when I asked, Vgperson never brought up the second need for permission, as I'm reuploading and not actually editing the game.

This game has had a lot of people say it's one of their favourite games. The screenshots look nothing special, but it must have really good atmosphere. Maybe I'll play it and see why people have rated it so highly.
It's a favorite mostly because it introduced them to rpg horrors. It wasn't a favorite of mine before Diary of Ellen

Didn't Ghost ask for fangames to not be created?
Thankfully I keep this post saved. This isn't my first ask to him, this was a later one when people were complaining about fangames on tumblr I sent him another ask on clarification on the OFF universe and what people do with it.
