What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura
This game is so much fun~ I like the variety of dialogue options and the relaxing music. My character is a human female with mostly tech skills, because I dislike casting magic in action RPGs. The game's combat could be better. In realtime mode, my party members tend to run around and die while I'm struggling to get the heal cursor on them, but it's not a really big complaint.
I've found some awkward similarities with my own gam while playing this. D:
- MP is called Fatigue, check
- Your character(s) are screwed if they run out of Fatigue, check
- Craft mechanical items/equipment with schematics and junk, check

They get bigger--and freakier.
(unfortunately, front view battlers tend to be pretty huge compared to the party sprites, but they get the job done at least.)

Thanks :)
That guy is Kaden; I decided to get rid of the names in the hud because it seemed like clutter to me.

Favourite puzzles in video games?
- The zodiac tile puzzle in Shadow Hearts: Covenant. This was a nice and simple one where you place tiles of the western zodiac signs on doors according to the door's description.
- Some adjust-the-beams-of-light puzzle in Tales of Symphonia. The Temple of Light, I think? It's been years since I played that game, but I remember that puzzle being pretty fun even though the dungeon was just variations of that one puzzle.
- These kinds of puzzles are my overall favorite

Ah, I see it now. Her old 96x96 faceset had brighter pink hair than the body base. It's easy to fix; I just need to erase the old hair in each layer of the psd. Thanks for your comments :)

It will! I'm planning on at least 3 so far.
Maybe more, if I feel inspired and don't burn myself out in the future

Thanks, man. :)
Everyone with large portraits has that gear behind them, mostly for decoration. (Or unintentional symbolism--the characters are the gears that get the plot machine moving, maybe)
The tedious part is going back through every single line of dialogue, erasing all the old small faces, and putting these in, haha
