Chain of Fools: A Battle Draft
Oh wow, what a cool script! I tried it out, and it seemed to cause more trouble than I know how to deal with. I've been using another script that automatically draws a database entry's icon in the description, and then it ended up crashing the game when more than one row is used.
And going back and adding icon codes for each and every entry is not an option, because I add and remove things in my iconset all the time. x_x
Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be using it. While trying to add text colors and "protects allies against Dark for one turn" in Pulse Trigger's description, the text limit in the database box stopped me anyway. I never knew there was a limit!

I played this game and I am liking it so far. Until the end of the preview was just on the first town =_=;;
I noticed some game breaking bugs though like in the move events and such with the General and the Rookie talking. But it seems like you fixed it so <3
Yeah, I wanted to go farther than "game ends here kthxbai" but I didn't have time to re-event a cutscene containing a crowd of people before the deadline :c

I feel like I've started my break already, having only one final on Friday.

The missing teleport was a rushed last-minute attempted fix before uploading the event entry, so I deleted the transfer in the center but not the ones to its left and right.
I've uploaded a new version that has the missing picture and (hopefully) fixed movements. I tested it many times, just to be sure...

Hi there! I currently don't have a set date for a full version, because I've been fixing bugs, revamping old maps, adding optional content, and making sure the gameplay works well. I hope to have a longer demo out within this month, though!

Sorry about that, it's a seemingly random bug where the player's sprite sometimes gets stuck in a wall during the cutscene. I'll do some re-eventing and testing, then upload a new version soon.
edit: found it! the bug is caused by holding the shift key (which quickly advances dialogue) during that scene. a couple of move commands aren't set to wait, and skipping the dialogue apparently makes the game ignore some of the move commands.
