[Poll] A quick question about ads and RMN
I would rather go for option 6 and not change much for now. Sure, the idea of private developer ads sounds nice, but I think it's best to wait until we have greater reach (something like 40,000-50,000 Alexa rank instead of the current 80-90,000), which will both provide much greater stability AND a larger pool of people willing to pay for these ads.
In the mean-time, there's still plenty of technical improvements to be done, from 4.6 Backlog and other things we can undoubtedly think of down the line. (I noticed that reviews for deleted games seem to show up now. "Was this review helpful Y/N" would be an excellent next step, and Steam's "was this review funny" might also help with the atmosphere. And in the light of the recent problems with Gotham Knight, perhaps we should add an option to submit bugs/typos for games with downloads, as a quicker, less public way of notifying developer of the problem?)

Shattered is on Steam Greenlight!
@Archeia: Oh, it's still free? OK then: I'm just so used to hear of Greenlight in commercial context alone, I practically forgot there are still free games on Steam. Best of luck, then!
Shattered is on Steam Greenlight!
Not the worst trailer, but I think focusing it entirely on amnesia and serial killer accusation (as opposed to other elements the story presumably has) had been a huge mistake. By and large, the people who vote on Greenlight, and the people who eventually purchase lesser-known indies, are ones with a fair bit of gaming history. There's a decent chance they've played Silent Hill: Origins and Downpour, both of which flirted with the idea.
The worst thing, though, would be running into The Suffering players, because that game had the exact same set-up, one that persisted throughout the game at the core of its broad survival horror narrative and gameplay. It literally feels like The Suffering, but less, and that game can be legally downloaded for free due to developer's collapse.
Then again, I have been proven wrong on these matters before. I really hope more people will ultimately react like Frogge, but it would've been dishonest not to raise the point.

The game is already done but...

Well, if (practically unknown by comparison) Incitement 3 managed it (though only after several months), then you should have no problem. Other games from here, like Stray Cat Crossing, basically got greenlit in a couple of days.
