I liked the review but I could hardly hear what you were saying over the game's music and sfx. Make sure to turn it down a bit.

Spinning of of what Natook said, I prefer games to start low, and then get ridiculously high (such as disgaea where you can hit 100M+) with its damage.

Player touch problem

When I set the trigger to event touch, the player has to press the action button.

That makes no sense. My game has a boulder event, and if it touches the player with Event Touch it triggers the event sequence. You are doing something wrong.

Is there a way to set player speed without set move route? I can't really go into specifics, but for what I want to do, I need another way of changing player speed, preferably by script snippets.

Edit: Blocking all player input would also be an option for fixing this. Not player movement. All input.
