I'm enjoying this game quite a bit so far! When (and most importantly IF) I finish, I'll write a review!
Paradise Blue Review
Again, I really liked the music! I thought it was all custom, but I couldn't find any mention of it in any of the blogs. Also, the story wasn't bad, just a bit choppy, and I got really distracted by everything else available in the game!
Anyway, the quest I'm missing is on page 7, 4th one down. I really appriciate the help on that! Even though I walked away from the game, it was eating away at my soul!!!

Script Incompatibilities
I agree that the Counter Limit thing is a bit counter intuitive (no pun intended), but I also agree that lowering the activation rate would significantly improve the idea. Unless these counter limits are very difficult to get, in which case, a 50% rate may be appropriate.
Bugged out cancel key...

I'm sure there is a thread about this somewhere on here, but I couldn't find it. I have had this problem for quite some time, but have found a really crappy work around, namely restarting my computer, which has allowed me to ignore it this long.
The issue: every so often while playing an RM game (it's happened in 2k3, XP, and think VX games as well) the cancel key (no matter where it is mapped) will stop working. The only way to get it to work is to put the game in windowed mode, press the cancel key, click off screen, and then click back on screen. This allows it to work ONCE. A more long term fix is to restart my computer, but it inevitably happens again after a random amount of time.
I know other people have had this issue (thanks to Google), but I haven't seen anyone resolve it. I feel like we have a much greater pool to draw from here, so I thought I'd ask.

Thanks amigo. I just reloaded an older save file. I thought it was a mandatory quest, but it seems like it isn't.

So... I may have screwed myself, but I'm not sure yet.
When you first get the dragon, it prompts a battle and asks if you want to proceed to the battle. I didn't save for a while, so I said "no", saved, and now it doesn't prompt me to go to the battle again. Anyone know what to do?
The future of Necropolis:
I IS SO SAD!!!! Not so much that the game will cost something to play now, but more because it's going to take THAT MUCH LONGER to get done!

Seriously though, I am looking forward to this game. i only seem to have patience to play arcade games these days.
This is what happens when we get "old"...
...but yea, I'm kind of stoked about this game, too. It looks similar to the original Nebulus with some different mechanics, so I'm interested to see how it turns out!
