Alright here's my feedback
1. I have no idea how to make skills unmissable D=
2. The journal is for synopsis, it ain't a quest journal
3. Removed splash screen
4. Fixed Vamp problem
5. Lowered prices
6. Added skip-able cutscene at military quarters
7. I think the problem with the guard command was for the add-on for yanfly's battle script, I doubled checked and it seems to be fixed, removed the add-on
8. The skip command seems to stay there if you don't skip a cutscene, having some trouble trying to fix it
I'm going to post the patch now, sadly you're gonna have to re-download the game but I believe your save data won't be lost, just copy and paste it in there
