The Desolate Hope
Homage
I understand your position entirely. I guess it's just one of those things. Let me know how another scan goes; whether or not it scans as dangerous a second time will be useful information for me. Even if it was a false positive I'm at a loss as to why it happened.
Homage
Well, that's a depressing start to my thread...
For what it's worth, I can tell you it is not malware... why don't you run a different virus scanner to double check?
Please check back in a couple of days after the proper download has been approved. Which it will be. Because it's not a virus.

Uploading a completed game and the download button
Uploading a completed game and the download button
Hello RPG Maker community.
About ten hours ago I tried to make a submission for a new completed game, Homage. I found the whole process fairly confusing, but I ended up filling in two separate forms: one for 'game submission' and a template post in the 'submission forum'. As far as I read, in the game submission form it said I must give a link to the submission forum post... I think? Somewhere it also said I couldn't upload my game until something had been approved, or...
Anyway, I'm really confused. The end result is that my game has been approved and is now in the 'Games' section of this site, but it doesn't have a download available. If I check the box 'download available' in the search, it doesn't find my game.
It seems as though I have made a mistake somewhere. Is the lack of a download button normal? How do I add a download button for my game?

The LCPANES Terminal
I know this is mostly a result of my own foolishness, but I think the newest version should be the topmost one on the download page. I played through the whole game with the 'this option is unavailable in alpha' popping up, while thinking I had the most recent version. The game as I played it was still very good though.
The Vestibule
I really, really enjoyed this. It's not often that a game moves me, but this one did, and I won't soon forget it.
How can you create an event from a script?
Did you do it without resorting to a blank event in the editor? If so, that's really awesome. Have you considered open sourcing your work, or wrapping it into a script?
Looking for feedback, in a novel way. Please help!
Well, I have offered to play anyone else's game under the same conditions, and without any mutual obligation implied. I meant my original post as much an offer of help as a request for it. Would you like me to play your game blind, papasan96 or Biggamefreak? Because I would. I honestly think it would be interesting. Clearly that really is just me, but at the time I first posted I didn't realise that would be the case.
Please take into account that I am asking this in the help section of the forums. The only reason anyone would answer any question in the help section is out of the goodness of their hearts; there's no 'benefit to the player' in replying to any of the threads in here. If you don't want to help me out, that's fine. But in that case, why have you come into a topic in the help forums just to berate me about how you don't want to help me? I don't understand why the only replies to my request for help are basically just me being told off for even daring to ask.
By now I'm sure that this thread has turned sufficiently sour for nothing good to come of it, and so I retreat. I apologise to any onlookers who I have upset with my conduct. Again, my original offer still stands, but it is probably more sensible to contact me directly at this point.
