I got banned there again.... :(

Wait a sec, is this supposed to be present tense? I couldn't tell that was a battle screen when I fist saw it, but a closer look actually tells me.

If so, wouldn't it would be more correct to say "What the crap? This thing isn't dying!" Or something like that?

Reminds me of that Dungeon Crawler the Puyo Puyo series is based on.

I think you should raise the box where the player is located so that it's level with the top of the box of the enemy.

Better yet, try raising both boxes up, so that there are more bricks shown at the bottom than there is at the top. Right now it always feels like I have to look down in order to see the information.

Release Something! Day IX: something about cats: Discussion Thread

I didn't recognize you did a mini review of my game hali, thanks.

The problem with the hit detection is that by default, RM has a tile-based movement. Events move every square, not every pixel. The click of the action button tends to rely on whether the tile of the player and the tile of the event are precisely next to each other, and since the events for the enemies in my game are constantly moving, it makes them hard to hit. I've always had thoughts on improving it myself, but it will require a load of restructuring the events. Despite how it looks, this game was definitely not easy to program with RPG Maker with events. There are only about 4 scripts used in this game, and they are only for window/title/picture editing.

Other than that, I can understand that the challenge greatly decreases after you collect all those stars. I can try to think of something.

Chaotic Heroes: The Dreaded King

Looking at your screens and your character descriptions I think I'm going to expect some spelling and grammatical errors, but overall this looks good. I'll try this out.

Wouldn't it be more grammatically correct to have "What the crap? This thing wouldn't die!"

Or... How about something that sounds a little better? Possibilities include:
"Sheesh! This thing was hard to kill!"

or

"Damn, it took forever for that thing to die!"

Maybe have the text white? I think it will stand out a little more.

Sonic RPG: Legend of the Seven Emeralds

catchaser why do you keep reviving these game pages with useless comments? >_>

What are you working on now?

I'm making a video of the intro to Tina of the Stars.

The Warm colors are way too loud. I'm fine with the gradient, but you should choose cooler colors. The background isn't suppose to be the main focus of the menu, it's the items.
