RTP Problems
If you have WinXP, then the Audio and Graphics folders for the RTP are located here by default:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Enterbrain\RGSS\Standard
Not sure if it's the same if you have Vista or Win7.
If you still can't find it, then do a search for 137-BunnyGirl01 on your computer.
Go to Start > Search > Look In: Local Disk > type in 137-BunnyGirl01 > Search > wait.
Once you find 137-BunnyGirl01, right click on it and choose Open Containing Folder.

I downloaded this to play but my virus program found 5 virus' in it!!! JUST A HEADS UP!
Then I'm afraid your anti-virus found 5 false positives.
If you scan one of the 5 rpg_rt.exe files included in the zip file with VirusTotal, you will get this result:
http://www.virustotal.com/analisis/1be3d5c3625f5546e01732a463a8fef9693bca723484d6e3215a44c20f4a019c-1273595591
First, notice how VirusTotal reports that none of the big-name antivirus programs have flagged it as a trojan? Not McAfee, not Symantec (Norton), not Microsoft, not Kapersky, not AVG or Antivir...
And that the 3 of the 41 anti virus programs that did flag the file as containg a trojan, reported it as a Generic Trojan that their heuristics identified as such?
Heuristics analysis is a tool that many anti-virus come with to try and identify any files that might contain brand new (and therefore still unidentified) malware. So, if your heuristics flags a file, that doesn't mean it is definitely malware.
What it actually means is because of the way the file is structured, your anti-virus think it's possible that maybe it could contain something that might be suspicious, but it's not really sure about it because it can't find any specific, known malware in the file its scanning, but just to be on the safe side your anti virus' heuristics is flagging it as a possible threat.
For a more thorough explanation of what and how Heuristics works, read this (it's a short entry):

Uhm, sorry, let me explain further. When I click on download, it asks if I want to Find a program to run this on, save, or cancel. Usually I get an option to run or cancel. When I click find, it takes me to another website that says this program's file is 7Z Compressed Archive File. It offers me to click on WinZip or BitZipper. I have WinRAR, wouldn't this work on that?
Entirely up to you if you want to download it to MegaUpload. I have Alter, so it would be nice to see what happens next, but in the end you need to do what is best for the majority.
Instead of clicking Find try clicking Save
The game should then download and be saved to your computer.
Once downloaded, you can then unzip it using either WinRar or 7-Zip.

It could be Adware but it's definetly not a virus.
I have System Suite 10 but I'm not sure if it sees it as a worm file, but why only 3 games out of dozens I've downloaded?
I'm sure you didn't upload a virus- it's either my AV program or a ADfile/bug in RMN.
btw, great game! I'm about half way through it now.
Hey Max, I just downloaded Shrine of Kammuki, and scanned the RPG_RT.exe with VirusTotal, a free service that scans small files with 41 different anti-virus programs and shows you the results for each of them:
http://www.virustotal.com/
And only 1 of the 41 anti-virus came back positive for a virus, which means it is a FALSE POSITIVE.
You should submit the RPG_RT.exe file to your anti-virus tech support so they can confirm that it's a false positive and resolve the problem.
Here's SystemSuite 10's support page--click where it says email support at the bottom of the page and send them an e-mail:

Well...now I'm just about stumped.
Because you have the .dll and RTP that you need, so the game should play.
Maybe it's your monitor's resolution setting? Try setting it to 1024 x 768, or if that's where it's set, then set it higher or lower.
I use 800 x 600 mostly since my monitor is over 10 years old and a higher resolution strains my eyes after awhile. The game does run at that resolution, on my computer anyway.

Ty for the help Segnin, yeah i had everything perfect and cheaked all the folders and still it isn't working, i have windows XP aswel.
The only way I could duplicate your problem was to remove the RGSS102E.dll from my system32 folder--then the game wouldn't start.
So, download and put this either in your system32 folder or the game's folder (try doing both).
http://rpgmaker.net/users/SegNin/locker/RGSS102E.dll
Your system32 folder should be here:
C:\WINDOWS\system32
If you already have that .dll in your system32 folder do NOT overwrite it--instead move the one you already have to somewhere else on your comp, and then put mine in there afterwards.
