how does vitality and mentality work?
since it doesn't increase the regen ticks, i have to assume it reduces the time span between them?

i probably should have asked if there is multiple endings or ending versions.
the only thing i want from newgame+ is magicite from the beginning.

i definitely enjoyed the hell out of this game. game clock is at 55 hours but ive been playing it at double speed. though it's probably accurate in terms of total game time considering all the resets and gameovers lol.
playing the whole thing on hard is so damn good. that first fight against kaayu was so satisfying to beat.
this is definitely a 10/10 game. up until

yeah, the casino rings are still broken. instead of increasing your gain by 25% they null it.
regen armlets say they add regen forever, but the status wears off after about 10 rounds of combat.
heavy weapons are still useless. the damage per turn boost is nowhere near the usefulness of more turns.
and, of course, the standard complaint that the text and menus are so slow.
and, maybe, laugh at the idiots who pick the hardest difficulty. the bridge boss was TORNAAAAADDOOOO PUNCH-ing my ass into oblivion. that battle was HARD lol
