Does anyone know where I can find MP3 versions of the RM2K3 victory jingles? I guess I could use the MIDI version, but all other music I'm using is MP3, so it'd be kind of jarring, wouldn't it?
You could try using https://solmire.com/midi-to-mp3 to convert the midi versions.

Probably the best cutscene eventing and sound mixing I've done thus far (I sure hope so, most of the game is cutscenes >_>)

Progress Report #3: Dyhalto's on board! / Gameplay and story progress!
Dyhalto joined in as pixel artist, and as you can see he really boosted the overall quality quite a bit! :)
I feel really bad for even bringing this up, because Dyhalto did a really good job (far better than I could have), but I think the palette could be brightened up a bit.
Some of the shading is just too dark and it's difficult to tell it apart from the black outline unless you zoom in really far. Here's a quick mockup of what I mean:
Obviously this is only my opinion and all, but, just throwing it out there.
[RM2K3] Picture folders
If you're using the unofficial version, you might try Cherry's RPG Maker 2009 Ultimate. Among other features, it does support subfolders.
I'm not sure if 2009 works with the legal version, though if you're using that, you can always take advantage of the sprite sheet feature.

You can do that with EasyRPG. There might be a few glitches though, and if you had any .AVI files in your game, they won't play properly.
