I first got interested in RPG Maker after watching X-Play do a review of RPG Maker for the Play Station. Years later I found RPG Maker VX Ace and decided to buy it. My first RPG Maker game, Dragon Lancer, was approved by Deckiller and became available to download on January 15, 2013.

I' would like to note that Ren'Py version 4.0 was released on September 6, 2004.
For those, who want to use Ren'Py, but use an appropriate version for the time period.

Favorite version of RPG Maker?
I started with VX Ace, and haven't felt compelled to upgrade to one of the newer versions yet.
That being said, I don't really use RPG Maker any more, as I have moved onto the greener pastures of Pixel Game Maker MV and Ren'Py.

I'm not familiar with that service. I have only used Deviant Art.

Just for the fun of playing cards and collect them (I also find these assets pretty nice but used too rarely!). I also liked Aelwyn's Journey by the way!

It's a growing process of trying to be a commercial game developer. I decided to use the name of my last VN to be released on Steam, and came up with Sunflower Games. I also created a webpage and a Twitter account.

RPG Engine should choice?
You should not use Zelda Classic. The engine is not good. I would suggest Solarus. Solarus is free and open source.
