I first got interested in RPG Maker after watching X-Play do a review of RPG Maker for the Play Station. Years later I found RPG Maker VX Ace and decided to buy it. My first RPG Maker game, Dragon Lancer, was approved by Deckiller and became available to download on January 15, 2013.

You might want to create a Steam curator page for this too. You can post weather games work on Steam Deck or not in that group. Also, devs can send curators keys directly instead of requesting them. Requesting takes time and is a pain in the A$$. Just a suggestion to streamline this a bit.

Visual Novel Maker - Final Review
I bought a nice pre-made UI for Ren'Py. It includes a lot of nice features. The support for the engine, the scripts /resources, it just can never be matched.
Othello Review
Bad Game actually ended up more punny than bad per say. (Also that game was a swap game, so the second half was finished by someone else. It certainly has a very interesting ending.)
My worst games would be Dragon Lancer, Giadon Saga, Broken Gauntlet, Violets in the Sunrise. Terrible mapping, story telling, game design, etc... I don't recommend anyone play them.
Tears of Revenge might be the only decent RPG game you haven't reviewed. I still like Othello more though.

I didn't expect this news in my feed today, considering the last RPG Maker engine dropped pretty recently. How is this different, well....
It's make using Unity. WTF, just happened!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The ease of use of RPG Maker, no coding required still, with the power of Unity.
My question is, will games made with this engine be royalty free? Because of the Unity thing. That's my only concern right now. The rest is just shock and awe.
Edit: Can we now use RPG Maker assets in Unity???????????

Thanks. I never expected another review after such a long time. Probably my best RPG game actually. If you play my older ones, you'll probably find them pretty terrible.
Video Game Critic Wager 2022
Picking a game that will be delayed until next year means you get -0 points. It's a good strategy. It's harder to tell if a game will get 70 or less metascore.
