What's your opinion on having it in the shadow temple vs. forest temple?
I don't care where it is, either one is fine, but what do you mean "make it?" because the POC was gonna be a "level" Containing just The wall thing...

I don't really think your bomb idea is technically possible. You can't place bombs on the ground, you can only throw them through the air.
If you can get it to work, your idea would fit much better in the temple itself than in the boss room. I'm actually tempted to tell you to add it to the Forest Temple instead of the Shadow Temple, since right now that place only has like four enemies in the whole stage, and we wanted to make bombs be the "big treasure" of that dungeon.
IMO, do the bit with the "fake" boss fight against Dark Link and then Phantom Ganon afterwards. And then we can add your bombable wall idea to one of the temples. You won't need the checkpoint if Dark Link is the only thing before the "real" fight.
Anyway, it doesn't sound like the dialogue adds anything to your idea, it would work just as well without it. Everything you want to say is already being communicated through the gameplay. The text is actually unnecessary.
Adding a heart container after beating each boss is a good idea, that's something I think I'll do during the clean-up phase. I mean, the only time extra lives actually matter is in temples, and at that point you're about to go do a bunch of non-temple areas, so it's a little bit useless... but's a nice Zelda reference and it's not completely useless.
Alright then, When I can work on levels again I'll make a "Bomb Wall Proof of concept" To show it works, see you know how Bombs are only thrown when you push "Alt Run" Well, they are placed down when you crouch and push alt run.

You can absolutely do the Shadow Temple boss.
But let's hear your "secret" idea before we start adding dialogue to other levels to accomodate it. Solitayre is in charge of 100% of the dialogue though, don't put any in your own levels, it will all be added later.
Towns were pretty much just cut because the only one that was submitted was honestly not good enough to be usable, and you disappeared without fixing it. I will be fixing and changing a lot of minor things in levels but I didn't know what to do to Kakariko other than redesign the entire thing from scratch. The biggest problem was probably the layout - it probably needs to go to either Death Mountain or the Graveyard, not both. The platforming section was also... unfortunate. And it was full of bad spelling and worse jokes. :/ If you want to work on it and make it a lot better, then feel free, and then we can use it! If we only have one town in the game then Kakariko is a good one to have.
I am a bad person to actually compile the game project or make decisions about DLL files because I've never made anything but standalone levels in SMBX. If Luna.dll just lets you customize enemy HP though, I'm gonna go with "go for it, but point me to a tutorial on how to use it." I feel like someone probably did once already, but I forget who or when, and I might have been imagining it.
Here is the secret and the reason for it
Alright, basically when you begin the level, right across from you is a boss door. When you walk toward it, the floor gives way and you fall down a pit with 13 enemies. Most of them have at least a small chance of killing you, but number ten is a humble black bot that can't move off it's perch. If you can kill it you will find a bomb generator at the pit's end, get some bombs then go to a cracked wall opposite the new boss door. It is impossible to stab the bottom middle brick, but you can get rid of the one next to it, break that block and put a bomb in it's place, when the bottom middle block is gone the whole wall will disappear leaving a door in it's place. When you go through the door some helper(Soli Would have to do this I guess) would say something cryptic along the lines of "Bide your time oh, chosen one, do not be deceived by visions of false Victory!" he then disappears, and you exit the way you came.
If you want, you can stock up on bombs before entering the boss room. The hint is eluding to the fact that when you start Dark "SMB3" Link Appears and it looks like the real fight, but he dies in 3 hits, when he is dead, a triforce and heart container appear(Which I suggest be the norm for bosses) but you can't pick them up! this is because dark link was a decoy, Phantom Ganon appears along with a checkpoint, as the fake rewards go away, and the real fight begins...

I'll Fix Kakariko if people tell me what they want to see, I hope the trading sequence can stay though, I'll try to make the houses smaller, and also, I may Implement a cucoo attack...

Hey guys just wanted to let you know I will DEFINITELY be getting my computer back Saturday(And I don't think the game will be done by then, so kentona needs to expand the deadline) and i have a few questions:
1.Since towns have been cut, what will happen to Kakariko Village?
2. I want to do the shadow temple boss, so I wanted to make sure nobody wanted to do that.
3.Since Z is pretty much running this event, why is he not listed as a judge yet? It would be more efficient.
4. Z, could you do a quick ST update, all I need is for you to put the wizard npc(or Shiek) in there somewhere(not too obvious) and have him say "Tenth Enemy Has the Bomb", it relates to a secret I plan to put in the boss level, that will make the fight easier...
5. IS it OK if we implement Luna.dll? I want to use it to customize the hp of the ST Boss.
Also even though I will be getting my Computor back Saturday, I probably won't be able to make anything until Sunday, as I need to Re-Download ALL my Stuff.I'll probably do some Play-testing too, once I can(I'm Pumped to see what all the new stuff looks like :) )
