1/1.5 - so horribile I will not mention it. No one would like this trash.
2/2.5 - bad but with some good qualities or good
but with many bad flaws. Could have been worse and some people may like it anyway.
3/3.5 - from decent to good games. This is what I normally expect: entertainment. Some people may like it more, others less but it's ok!
4/4.5 - exceeded my expectations. These are must play for everyone.
5 - Rpgmaker Nirvana
*NOTE*: event games/jam submissions and other games that were developed in a very short time or with other restrictions get a rating bonus (usually +0,5), you are warned!

lol I always feel bad for making this game so short when people say good things about it. Thanks for the review! machine that breathes will be pretty much the meatier/longer answer to this.
Oh yeah, I know that was (somewhat) related! I'll check that one too someday!

Thank you for the review!
Was cool and it is really a classic!
I cannot imagine the amount of work that was needed to complete it!

You really gotta give it up for YDS for making a shitpost humour game in one day and still somehow making one of the coolest maps I have seen in an rpg maker game. Seriously my biggest refmap inspiration.
Absolutely! And a complete game too!
Still my favourite YDS map was the club in Vanilla Villain (the Rmn Summer Dreams hotel was also pretty cool).

Thank you so much! I'm sorry I made it so easy.
And this is not a tech demo. It uses Ashes of Emerald's tech demo.
Ow yeah, obviously I probably misread lol,not a problem I corrected (anyway being a contest entry it is still different from an ordinary game release).
In any case... this was good especially the final part, it became better and better and had some interesting ideas despite those few limits due to time and engine constraints I mentioned (also going off the beaten track is risky but clearly has its rewards).

Thank you so much for your detailed review! I'm so glad you had fun and are interested in learning more about the story. This game is actually based on a tiny portion of our much longer series that we've been working on for years (called The Nays), so we hope to someday release the full story to the world where you can learn more about the background of what's really going on here.
This is great feedback overall, and definitely something we'll keep in mind for our future shorter projects, since I understand it can be confusing to be dropped right in the middle of the story without a lot of background explanation leading up to it. We spent a lot of time on the art and programming for this game, so I'm glad those parts paid off in the end though. :)
Thanks! Oh yes, I'm looking to play some more, it was short but really unique... uhm and for me it was also a challenge, I mean I am not a native english speaker, so while I am used to reading a lot, listening to a registration is a totally different experience.
Anyway I am also curious to play Complex.net then!
