I need help with someone who thinks that they could possibly rip a character created from this site.

Royalty Free Videos
I do know Royalty Free Videos exist, but it's hard as Hell to find ones that are for games, and actually free to use. I can find an ass-load of free 'Royalty Free Music' quite easily, but, not having the same amount of luck with the videos.

I am in need of 100% -free- Royalty Free Videos made for the use of games, more or less. I've been searching but find ones where you have to sign up and earn points to use them, or you have to buy them, and a lot of them aren't even for games.

Religion is always a thing that could go both ways.
If done to the point it gets the story to progress WITHOUT shoving it down our throats, it sounds good.

I don't think he means that the player can customize the game.
Although that would be... a really interesting system.
Little Big Planet comes to mind, in a small sense.
Multiple Antagonists
It depends on the story (the story of the game as a whole, and the story for the antagonist(s))
You could have 1 and it be the best just as long as the story is up to par with what you're wanting to add, if that makes sense. Quality over quantity, firstly.

I can see where you're going with this now. Not to make it a law. More like using common courtesy. To allow others to have it. To just be nice and allow them that little bit of their own, personal freedom. Am I right a bit?

In the US you have that as a law, so to speak. But in the Internet, everyone's rules differ. The net has no freedom. The owners do.
Hell it is like someone on a site banning you for cursing, then you are trying to call 'Freedom of Speech' and how you'll sue them for infringing on their rights, when the net has no laws like that. There are different laws, rules, regulations and such for the Internet, than each country has.
Like...say, the Constitution doesn't fall under the net, either.
