By default, you can use a dim translucent background or no background by selecting "Dim Background" and "Transparent" from the dropdown menu while creating a Show Text command. You can also import custom windowskins; refer to Help in the program for how to do that.

Started writing notes, mainly worldbuilding/plot. After going through about 5-10 ideas that may or may not have made it into RPG Maker, I think I have something I can stick with.

Wii music is a joke Nintendo needs to do better. Just because Wii Fit and Wii Sports are selling the system does not mean it will for ever. Wii Music is just a three years olds game. No real songs come on!
Really, I can see it being fun, but only for a little while. That's just me, though.

Hmm, I am really shocked that my topic is doing so well. Already on a second page :). Yeah, a lot of good points have been mentioned. So all in all I get it. There are critics, they don't always have the right to criticize but you gota not take it to heart. You are going to make good projects, but probably your first project won't be good. So you have to learn from your mistakes and progress.
By posting your game, you don't have the right not to be criticized. You're putting it up to be criticized.
