It looks like the RPG Maker embodiment of a bad mid 90s personal HTML page.

They're probably placeholders.

Those lights on the rocks look strange. Put wires going from the lights with hooks along the way and stuff to make the lights look more motivated.

At least they provided instructions.

Hey this actually looks kind of cool. I like how you placed the lights to give it that BLOOM filter look.

Those faces are EXTREME where did the come from?
