However, I'd like to see the use of interactive music involved. Besides rhythm games, Mother 3 is the only one that comes to mind.

Music is only an enhancer. If Donkey Kong Country sucked it wouldn't matter that it had the good underwater ambient music. My favorite is the Nuts n' Bolts song from Donkey Kong Country III. I like the Cave song in Donkey Kong Country way better than that water song.

Music is not the most important thing in a game but one should not underestimate the power the right choice of music can have on making people think the game is good. Especially in RPGs, which tend to be less fast paced and action oriented, Atmosphere is very important in that case,

It works for Action games too. Thunder Force IV had an amazing soundtrack.

"anipocalypse" is so named for the over-opinionated anime fans who coin terms in an attempt to add any sort of weight to their general disdain of what they don't like. These tend to be terms no one has heard about before until mentioned.

Personally, new or old, for being a fan of Japanese animation shows, I actually find lots of Japanese animation either boring or just terrible.

We are discussing the oversexualization of females in games, but I think you guys need to investigate something called a "mall" where like 80% of the girls dress ridiculously enough to put girls in fighting games to shame. The only difference is the number of boob jobs (it is lower in malls in Canada).

What the hell kind of mall did you go to? People look more or less clothed like any sort of normal people at the mall here (USA).

Yeah. Actually, last year during the winter I wrote something in where if you marquee select several tiles and then select "natural draw" or "natural fill", you would draw one of the tiles in your marquee at random. This was because I was lazy but still wanted a desert texture with a quick way to draw it.

There is for me, you can have black-red or white-red. White is Lightning, Light while Black is gravity or magnetism. They even have their own symbols with their powers combined they summon --! Ha! Just had to take a shot at your avatar.

But yeah, the symbol looks like a golden nova if it's white-red, it's an oily drop if it's blue-red, etc. Of course my current project is supposed to be simple so I'm not sure I'll make a cross table of icons. While WeaponSoul is a completely random name, NovaForce is named after the fact that the main character (The one who's sprite was duplicated during a test) is white-red.
