i would have preferred a script. it shouldnt be that complex since i have already worked with variable affecting scripts before.

how can i create a step counter
i have looked through the events and i couldnt find anything that records steps. in order to change a variable it requires a conditional branch and there is nothing there that triggers on movement. i was planning to write that i am using rpg maker vx ace but i forgot to write that, my project is on hold until i get this system in place so please help me out.

i want to create a system where steps affects several gauges. (one fills and another one drops.) i am willing to learn some scripting of that is required. please help me out.

i need to learn a lot of scripting because i cant find scripts that do what i want. i need a steal system, a class system similar to final fantasy 5 and a gauge system. could anybody help me script any of those systems by teaching me.
