Guard tells me I managed to survive the secruity area, after I got out that dungeon, then went up to the merces battle, see what happens, while I am doing, and post after.
I ended in a event where Ark tells that this way leads to the throne room, as I passed that guard and went south. Though, surely, I already been told about that. But I'm on the world map, maybe I just lazy enough not to head outside to the ship lmao.

Apparently there is a fade out bug, when you enter the "Building".
From the map name. So I just put Use Default after it to fix it.
