If Bush didn't get impeached for waging 2 false wars then Obama isn't going to get impeached for getting involved in an civil war where the government is using chemical weapons on civilians. (Where technically according to U.N. laws the members are meant to do anyways..)

but in a nutshell: commercial game profiles are allowed, but any game download you submit must be free to play (no cost, no microtransactions, no ingame ads, no subscription needed). You must also flag the game profile as Commercial (there is a checkbox).
I am not sure about the specifics of selling games made in RPG Maker though! I haven't done that yet myself.
I believe Enterbrain allows it I know I read somewhere that they do.
Though if they used non-commercial scripts/sprites/etc. then thats another story.

Well I use Google Chrome, and it always shows a percentage for the uploads in the lower left corner.
Maybe it's just a chrome thing I guess?

When I tried uploading my game directly from my pc to RMN it simply said "connecting" and would not give me any progress data at all. Aka, no uploading bar or anything else.the nextan upgrade to RMN? Not particularly sure on this point.
Actually I believe the loading bar is a little thing in the lower left corner (at least for me) and it displays how far the download/upload is.
