I think the game was actually built with the unofficial version of Rm2k3, which may be why you're having trouble. I wasn't aware of the different versions when I made the game page, and the game was actually a project I started in 2005. I've updated the game profile to accurately reflect the game's engine. I tried to play the download. However it keeps telling me the 2003 rtp isn't installed and registered. Even though I have installed the Rtp. ::(

VX Ace's Character Editor is built in, you can find it in the Tools menu right above Options and below Sound Test.

VX Ace has a character editor that lets you do white, asian, brown and black characters, so there's that.
Is it built into Vx Ace or is it a program download? Do you have a link? What about face sets.

I have gimp I will try that. I am pretty sure I can use the character editor to make this easy. I can't believe I didn't think of this thanks a ton.
