I have an Npc in my game that follows the player around from town to town. She gives the player Alchemy Quest to complete. Before they quests were gated behind completing the previous quests in order to receive new ones. Also you always had to return the the original town to turn in the quest. I just finished making it all very dynamic so that you can accept/turn it any of the previous quests in any town. Next up is making the Guild Hall side quest line also do the same thing. Whew. It took a lot longer than I thought it would.

I really appreciate this review. I have too much to say here in this comment so I'm going to type it all up as a blog post. I will say that if the Hit Ratio was easy for me to fix, It would have been. The system is tied up in multiple scripts. I couldn't find where the hit ratio was being set. If anyone who knows tons about ruby, Vx scripting wants to take a look and see if they can help discern and fix the problem I would appreciate the help.

Id like to see a map....for me its easy to get lost.
I will be happy to get that airship....traveling back and forth will be soooooo much faster and easier!

played this when it was first made, was interested in it and good God it's nearly finished, can't wait to play this game..
Chapter Two is coming along. The rest of the game is not super close to completion. I read RMN almost everyday! I try not to spam my page with little updates. Better that you forget about the game while there is nothing to play. That way you are excited when more content comes out. All old saves will work!
I will say reading new posts do motivate me to work on it! Any one who would like to do beta testing for me can PM me. I will never have enough of those!

Due to the afkness I was forced to experience on V-day. That along with the fact that Darkbox is afk all day today. Version 2.2 is delayed another day. The night of the 16th it should be uploaded.

Has anyone mentioned the complete in-necessity of a movement tutorial for an RPG Maker game with no custom movement settings applied to it? I'd throw up a popular image that expresses not only how I felt about it but what I actually said, but I think a simple "yeah I get it" sums it up beautifully.
We have been distributing this game to people in a gaming community. (DirtNap) As well as a ton of our own personal friends. They have no idea what Rpg maker vx is, or what the controls are. Sadly it is a necessary evil. I hope it doesn't ruin the game for you.
I'd love to hear more thoughts you have on the game.
