I ran the fontpatch included with the game, and now all of my RM2k 2k3 games have no font at all. I tried re-installing the RM fonts manually with no success. Any idea why this would happen?
Balmung Cycle Part I: The Messenger and the Heretic

Balmung Cycle Part I: The Messenger and the Heretic
Just saw similar posting from May. Just to add some detail: I am running v2.0 on Vista with AMD1.8GHz 8GB RAM. I also tried on my laptop with the same result (XP Intel 1.3GHz 2GB RAM). Also take into account that I was able to get through this minigame on the laptop in an earlier version of the game.
In any case it does look like a timing issue, since movement gets really jumpy as soon as the minigame music starts playing. I find that bumping up thread priority helps and is necessary on the 1.3 GHz since the character was jumping a quarter of the way across the screen otherwise.

Balmung Cycle Part I: The Messenger and the Heretic
Have encountered a plot killer. In the first minigame (reviving Alrick) there is no progress made for even spot-on timing - also it is only catching a very very small number of big misses.
I'm running the most recent version as of this past week on Vista.

Stickdude Goes to Hell
Short as it is, I actually enjoyed it. BTW, if the download link doesn't show up, try navigating elsewhere and then hit the back button - this worked for me (in Firefox).
Does anyone know how I can port RM2K3 games to a wheel of cheese? I think I've got the controls and sound working right but the video just isn't there. Should I microwave the video driver? Any help is appreciated. Hopefully I get it up and going before it starts to get moldy, I'd hate it if I had to start all over again.
Thanks in advance :-)

Destiny's Blades
I reloaded form earlier and the menu bug didn't hit me.
I am getting crashes while fighting Etiarra. Several time with different fire based attacks it's given me "event script referenced a monster that does not exist"

Three the Hard Way
I like this one, but I have to ask what the deal is with seemingly inaccessible areas and treasures scattered around, and with a particular ghost-filled ruin. I must be missing something, but at least the game is finishable without these extras. If anyone knows, please PM me (there is a PM system on here right?) I'm trying to avoid any kind of spoiler here.
On the Arrogance of Storytellers
This is kind of funny, though not ironic. I agree with you, and I believe I got the gist of what you are saying, yet I don't have the patience to read more than a few stanzas of your post.
I get aggravated by 30 minute cutscenes and intros to no end. IMHO, a good game is one that sneaks the story (and in some cases the back-story too) in during gameplay and balances the amount of lengthened cutscenes throughout the game. I've played a few that seemed really well balanced, and then the last quarter of the game was mostly pressing the spacebar to get through dialogue fifteen minutes at a time, interspersed with maybe 5-10 minutes of adventuring in between :P

Destiny's Blades
So far I like it, but I have two questions:
1) why is menu access disabled between the necromancer fight until after the first battle at Shasta? Why should you be able to buy equipment before the battle, but yet be unable to equip it until after the first fight?
2) I may be mistaken on this, but isn't selecting the "wait" option on the menu supposed to make battles closer to turn-based?
